Access & control
- Access is limited to the accounts, sources and actions in your scope.
- We can restrict the assistant workspace to you; hosting and maintenance access are agreed separately.
- Sending messages or changing business records follows the approval rules we implement and test.
- Cloud model and voice services may process requests; we document the providers and data path before launch.
Can I use voice?
Yes. We choose a supported voice channel and test transcription, replies and confirmation steps. Provider availability, languages and usage charges are part of the scope.
Can it be separate from my team's workspace?
Yes. We can use a dedicated account, channel and deployment boundary with selected access. Administration, backups and any external providers are accounted for in that design.
