Custom Software for Law Firms
A firm that remembers, so your head doesn't have to.
The new enquiry, the moved hearing, the name that must not be in that letter: in a small firm, it all lives in a lawyer's head. We build your firm the software to hold it, around the way you already work, and your firm owns what we build.
How it works
Out of your head. Into your firm.
Each piece takes one thing a lawyer has to remember and gives it to the firm.
- 01
What you carry
Pick the one thing you're tired of remembering.
- 02
Built around your firm
We build it around the email, messages and calendar you already use.
- 03
Owned by your firm
Your firm owns what we build, and a lawyer still makes every call.
What you get
Enquiries answered at night
Dates your whole team knows
Client secrets kept inside the firm
A lawyer's day
Your firm's filing cabinet? Your head.
Six moments from one lawyer's day. Each one takes something out of a lawyer's head and gives it to the firm.

07:30 After-hours client intake
Someone needed a lawyer last night. Nobody replied, so they hired another firm.
What we buildYour firm replies straight away, even at midnight. It checks for conflicts and books a meeting for ten. Taking the case is still a lawyer's call.
09:00 Hearing date changes
The judge moved your hearing. Only you know.
What we buildForward the notice, or just say the new date. Once you confirm it, your calendar, your team and your client all know. Clients only see what you choose to share.
11:00 A client form you can change
You want one new box on your client form. The software says no, so it ends up on a sticky note.
What we buildBecause the software is your firm's own, you just ask for the box. You see the change first, then say yes.
13:40 Wrong-name check for letters
You reused last month's letter. Someone else's name is still inside.
What we buildBefore it goes out, your firm stops you: “Carter isn't in this case. Send anyway?” It's a safety net, so you still read what you send.
15:00 Private AI for your firm
A junior lawyer pasted a client's secrets into a public chatbot.
What we buildYour firm gets its own private AI, on computers your firm controls, so client secrets stay inside the firm.
22:30 Voice messages in the case file
Your client sent a voice message at half past ten at night. Only your phone knows.
What we buildIt goes straight into the right case file, where your team can find it. The recording itself is always kept.

Access & control
- A lawyer confirms every date before it is saved. It never works out court deadlines.
- Clients only see what a lawyer has chosen to share. Anything that needs a lawyer goes to a lawyer.
- The wrong-name warning is a safety net, not a guarantee. A lawyer still reads what goes out.
- The private AI runs on computers your firm controls. If a task needs an outside service, we name it and what it receives before we build.
- Your firm owns what we build. Any third-party software it uses keeps its own licence terms.
Can AI answer our law firm's enquiries without giving legal advice?
Yes. It replies, checks for conflicts and books a meeting, but it never gives legal advice, never works out court deadlines and never takes on a client for you. Taking a case is always a lawyer's call, and anything that needs a lawyer goes to one.
Is it safe to use AI with confidential client files?
It depends on where the AI runs. A public chatbot sends what you paste outside the firm. We set up a private AI on computers your firm controls, so client files stay inside the firm. If a task needs an outside service, such as a messaging app or a calendar, we name it and agree exactly what it receives before we build.
Who owns the software you build for our law firm?
Your firm does. We build it around your firm and hand it over with instructions your team can follow. Any third-party software it uses keeps its own licence terms.
Can a small law firm start with just one piece?
Yes. Most firms start with the moment that costs them the most, such as late-night enquiries or a moved hearing, then add the next one once the first is working.
