Directus, configured for your work.

We set up Directus around the task you want to complete. Manage structured content and give applications a data API. Your scope includes the deployment, selected access and configuration, a practical first-use check and a usable handover.

How the setup goes

From first call to a working Directus.

The exact configuration is agreed around your requirements. This is how we get there.

  1. Agree the task

Before anything is installed, we agree what it should do and what it needs from you.

    Scope for Directus

    • The intended users and a clear first task
    • The data, content or connected-service accounts needed for the selected task
    • A decision on hosting, product edition and maintenance responsibilities
  2. Set it up

We install and configure Directus where you decide it runs.

    Deploying to directus.yourcompany.com

    1. Confirm the task, hosting choice and required product edition
    2. Deploy and configure the selected option
    3. Set up agreed user access and the first operating workflow
    4. Test the defined scope and hand over accounts and instructions
  3. Put it to work

Directus is configured around the task you agreed, connected to the accounts it needs.

    What we can set up

    • Configure the selected publishing workspace
    • Prepare the agreed content and users
    • Test the first publishing and update workflow
  4. Hand it over

Your team gets the access, the notes and a clear way to run it.

    Handover

    • Administrator access Your team
    • Configuration and operating notes Your team
    • Accounts and connected services Your team

Before we start

Questions about Directus.

What does a Directus setup include?

We agree the intended task, users, hosting and configuration before quoting. The delivery includes a first-use check, access handover and operating instructions. Data migration and additional connections are named separately in the scope.

Who owns the accounts and hosting?

We can set up the deployment in accounts you control and document administrative access. The software remains subject to its vendor license; hosting, updates and support responsibilities are agreed separately.

What ongoing costs should we expect?

Expect the selected hosting and any vendor edition, storage, model, email or connected-service charges that your setup uses. We separate those costs from implementation and optional support in the proposal.
