# Couriers & delivery van fleets

Take pickup bookings, assign stops and show the office what happened at the door. Let the recipient see the outcome without having to call dispatch.

## Give every delivery attempt a next step.

- Book the pickup. Capture the collection address, parcel count, delivery window and instructions. Associate the booking with the sender’s account.
- Give the driver a stop list. Assign the day’s stops to a van. The driver can record arrival, delivery or an unsuccessful attempt from the road.
- Resolve the missed stop. Keep the reason and a new attempt on the same booking. When the recipient signs, dispatch and the sender can see the outcome.

## What this changes for the owner

When a merchant disputes a delivery, dispatch can look up the attempts and the agreed proof. Your customer can get an answer without escalating the call to you.

## Website & quote requests

Show delivery zones, cutoff times and parcel limits. Collect pickup bookings with address and delivery-window details.

## CRM & follow-up

Manage merchants, regular pickup agreements and new business enquiries with a named account owner.

## Starter ERP & tracking

Create bookings, assign van stops and record delivery attempts. A recipient tracking link can show the latest status entered by the driver.

## Connected operations

Capture signatures or delivery photos, schedule a retry and connect proof to customer billing. Add routing or live location when the fleet data supports it.
